Purchased Scripts: Refunds are based on Script failure, NOT your server issues or lack of features.
Refunds are provided ONLY AFTER our support staff has assisted in your installation and the Script fails to function fully.
Be sure you had tried our online demo first to learn how the Script works before purchasing. Be sure your server matches the requirements specified for the Script. You can also contact us by email to clarify all the features, requirements, etc before purchasing.
We will determine if a refund is necessary based on individual situations. Refunds are not available after 2 weeks from purchase date.
Custom Design & Development: Customer can request a Full Refund for pre-purchased custom design or development only BEFORE work is started. Full Refunds are not available for custom development and design if the project is completed or it is already in development progress.
Customer can abort the project development at any time. In this case, PARTIAL Refund is possible and the amount is calculated as difference between the total prepaid amount and cost of actually spent hours on this project as $16/hour (for Normal Schedule) or as $24/$32 for ASAP/Urgent Schedule.
