When customer places an order for a product using credit card, the product will be delivered electronically via an email with zipped script package attached. All orders are processed manually upon receipt in next 24-48 hours or sooner.

Accordingly to our Anti-Fraud Policy we reserve the rights to cancel any order from free email accounts, such as Hotmail or Yahoo.

The email will be sent to the email address that was provided by the customer in the order form. Customers are responsible for providing a correct, accessible and active email account upon ordering. Dreamlevels.com is not responsible for non-delivery of the email due to incorrect email addresses, too strict spam filters, or inactive or inaccessible email accounts.
